As of November 25, 2010 (updated August 17, 2011), we here at Simple Scans have decided on a new policy toward releases:

Once a chapter of a manga has been released on site, there must be a delay of 24 hours before it is uploaded to external sites.
There is but ONE exception to this rule:
1. The release may be updated on www.mangaupdates.com.
NO releases from this site, including past, or future may be uploaded to MangaFox. Ever.
Additionally, do not attempt to upload, as there is a written policy preventing it on Mangafox itself.
However, we will be uploading our releases to the Online Reader with no delay. You may read it there first.

Disregard of this policy is a violation of privacy!
We will no longer tolerate violations of our Release Policy.
We are making a simple and reasonable request from our followers, and we expect that you are willing to oblige us in this aspect.
Too many infractions will help us reach the decision of DROPPING THE PROJECT.
